Schumacher quickest in F1 testing in Jerez - USATODAY.com: "Seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher posted the quickest time on the second day of Formula One testing in Jerez on Friday.
The Mercedes driver set a time of 1 minute, 20.532 seconds at the Jerez Circuit in southern Spain.
Felipe Massa of Ferrari — fastest on Thursday — trailed by 0.0061 seconds while Jenson Button was third for McLaren with a lap of 1:21.009.
Jaime Alguersuari of Toro Rosso and Red Bull's Mark Webber rounded out the top five.
Vitaly Petrov was behind the wheel for Renault again with Nick Hedifeld expected to take over Saturday as the team looks to find a replacement for injured driver Robert Kubica.
Petrov was ninth fastest of 11 cars in warm conditions."
